Our WBA HISTORY
A.K. Sabir (Abdul Kareem), our beloved founder and brother (RA) and a dear and valued pioneer, successful businessman and self-made millionaire in our community is the one who envisioned and initially created the “American Wealth Builders (AWB).” This was an effort missioned to strategically organize, develop and expand our community-based businesses locally and nationally into one connected, cooperative associated collective. Upon his untimely passing, his estate decided to dissolve the AWB organization. However, a core group of brothers who now function as the WBA Board of Directors, were working directly
with A.K. Sabir (RA) on the AWB initiative and were encourage by him on his dying bed at home, to move forward with his work and his vision. And so, we did.
Our Business Expertise & Commitment
The core members continued to meet, discuss and mutually decided and committed ourselves to move forward with his bold, challenging mission and subsequently reorganized the AWB initiative as the new “Wealth Builders of America” (WBA).
Our Commitment to Results
The Wealth Builders of America is an honorable initiative aimed at organizing minority businesses to work together as a unified community. We also aim to help one another to reach and achieve our economic objectives by using strategic business, relationship and marketing approaches. Those approaches Include collective buying, cooperative economic alliances, strategic distribution, international business opportunities, product development, along with global sales and multiple services.

We will continue to build this legacy for the purpose of meeting the business needs of our families and our business community and facilitate and nurture the growth and development of those demanding to meet business needs.

Our general introduction to the community will not only be through symposiums, conferences and workshops, but also through producing cultural experiences, such as an Annual Jazz- R&B Cultural Extravaganza Concert, enriched with information, Edutainment and Entertainment interactivity for all to enjoy and benefit.
